o add a feedback form, go to the "Components" application designer.
Add component "Contact Form".
In the menu that you can customize the name of the form and mail to answer reception.
As well as the field for the form:
For each field, you can specify:
- Field type:
- Email - e-mail client, which it will wait for a response
- Text field - such as the customer name field
- Large text field - a field for a question or wishes of the client
And to put the required filling of the field - the presence of ticks to the right of the field.
After adding all the necessary fields, click "Save Changes."
